Ray has extensive experience in the supply chain industry, having supplied goods and services to clients in the industry during his time as a General Manager at an electrical business as well as working with major projects at ICNWA (Industry Capability Network Western Australia). Joining ICN in 2012, he currently heads up ICNWA which is involved in numerous major projects across various industries including energy, resources, renewables, infrastructure and defence among others. Another aspect of his role is managing the Aboriginal Business Directory WA (ABDWA) which involves working closely with Aboriginal businesses and stakeholders to build their capabilities.
