Brooke Adamson is the Manager, Process Operations at Newmont Cadia, where she leads processing operations across eight departments and a workforce of more than 300 employees and business partners. With 18 years' experience in mining, Brooke led the successful ramp-up and transformational improvement of Australia’s only molybdenum processing plant, while maintaining strong safety performance. A passionate advocate for inclusion, Brooke has championed initiatives that have significantly increased female and Indigenous participation across operational teams, creating more inclusive pathways into traditionally male-dominated roles. Beyond site, Brooke contributes to the broader industry through mentoring, volunteer work, STEM engagement and her involvement with AusIMM's Women in Mining programs.
