Chloe is the CEO of Teach Learn Grow, a Western Australian not-for-profit connecting youth volunteers with primary-aged students in regional, rural, and remote communities experiencing educational disadvantage across WA and NSW. Her path to the role is anything but conventional. From launching trampoline parks abroad to critical care nursing to TLG itself, where she first joined as a program volunteer in 2015, before becoming Volunteer Director and eventually CEO. Through it all, TLG remained the one thing she kept coming back to. Chloe leads with strategic focus, warmth, and a passion for youth leadership, believing that when young people are seen and supported, communities are strengthened. Based in Perth, she is driven by the simple idea that every kid deserves someone in their corner.
