He started working with Impact Rollers in 2005, Matt quickly gained hands-on knowledge across equipment operation, surveying, and client management skills that formed a strong foundation for his progression into senior leadership roles. Over the years, he has managed large-scale operations, overseen project delivery across diverse environments, and built trusted partnerships with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout Australia and abroad. Following years of operational leadership, Matt stepped into the role of Technical Director of Broons Impact Rollers, guiding the business through a critical period of growth and transition. Since 2021, he has focused on advancing the application of Rolling Dynamic Compaction (RDC) and Intelligent Compaction Measurement (ICM) technologies, ensuring reliable, data-driven outcomes for infrastructure, mining, landfill, and remediation projects.
