Matthew Rozyn is an engineering leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ experience across R&D and product development. Holding a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he has led teams in mining, manufacturing, defence and technology. Currently R&D Manager at SRO Technology, Matt is hands-on in advancing firmware, software, electronics, and mechanical engineering for the Ramsey product range. He brings a mix of technical expertise and commercial acumen, helping SRO’s operations to innovate, scale, and deliver practical solutions for customers both in Australia and globally.
