Natalie Martinovich
As Chief Operations Officer at Lifeline WA, Natalie combines four years of frontline experience as a Crisis Supporter with extensive leadership across the organisation including workplace training operations and Resourceful Mind, an industry-leading peer support program for the resources sector. Her firsthand understanding of crisis intervention, together with her oversight of mental health education and suicide prevention initiatives, gives her a well-rounded perspective on the role workplaces can play in supporting wellbeing. Natalie is passionate about helping organisations build psychologically stronger, supportive workplaces where people feel confident having conversations about mental health, recognising signs of distress and supporting colleagues to access help when needed.
