Rebecca Reeves is the General Manager for Cleanaway’s Solid Waste Services business across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and South Australia. She leads a large operational footprint delivering waste, recycling, and resource recovery services to local government, commercial, and industrial sectors, including mining and construction. With over 20 years of leadership experience across Australia and internationally, Rebecca has held senior functional and operational roles in both the construction materials and waste management industries. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, is a designated CPA, holds an MBA from Deakin University, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Rebecca is known for her pragmatic leadership style, a strong focus on safety, commercial and operational excellence, and her ability to bring out the best in those around her. She has previously served as Chair across various industry bodies and not-for-profits and is a passionate advocate for growing talent, building capability, and contributing to a more sustainable future. She remains an active contributor to her local community, mentoring future CPAs, supporting Industry Mentoring Programs, and volunteering with local sporting clubs.
