Richard Zani is a mining professional with 15 years’ experience in autonomous haulage, production engineering, training, and product strategy across Australia’s leading mining operators and OEMs. He is currently the Product Strategy Manager at EACON Mining Technology, leading the development and training solutions for EACON's next-generation autonomous haulage solutions. He has held a range of influential roles in the Autonomous Haulage sector in Operations, Training, Project Delivery, Production Engineer, and contributed to the successful implementation of AHS deployments across WA and Queensland. With expertise in autonomous operation, system implementation, risk assessment, training, operational optimisation, and feature design, Richard combines technical depth, extensive real world experience and a strong safety stance to deliver value to the autonomous haulage industry.
