Victor started his project management career in 1994. He has achieved massive project execution experiences among various projects in Petrochemical plant construction, offshore oil development, LNG process plant, Iron Ore, gold mine, etc. Victor came to Australia in 2008 and has worked on mega mining projects for Citic Pacific, FMG, Roy Hill, and the Heap Leach project in Kalgoorlie. Victor obtained his Master's Degree in Project Management from Curtin University between 2014-2017 while he was working on the Roy Hill mine site.
